| Another update on Michael’s efforts to be even more environmentally friendly.
We have continued to changeover our lighting systems, helping to provide our craftspeople with a better environment, while at the same time saving energy.
And we are thrilled to report we have removed all but two printing press fountain solutions from our pressroom which prints the invitations. The two that we kept help us utilize the vegetable based inks and the plate system that leads to the ink on the paper and the actual invitation itself. And getting to two allows us to keep going green and greener. |

| We at Michael’s have increased our efforts to help the environment and, in doing so, have taken a step toward helping in the fight against cancer. How did we do it? We changed our recycling vendor. We found a new vendor that accepts our used office toner and miscellaneous printing leftovers and then turns over 100 percent of the money collected from their process to Gilda’s Club of Delaware Valley, the cancer support foundation. |

| We have started another project at Michael's designed to ease our impact on the environment. Over the next 3 to 5 months our lighting will be changed to reduce energy consumption and also cool the building. At the same time we will change illumination in different areas of our printing plant to make working conditions easier on the eyes. We believe in intelligent investing and at Michael's Invitations those investments are also making us greener a little bit everyday. |
